Our Team

Founder, Michael Higgins established Clear Choice Telephones in 1995. Prior to opening Clear Choice, he conducted market research to find out what people really wanted and not be another "cookie cutter" company.

This goal still holds true today and since then, Clear Choice grew to thousands of active customers across the country. We are frequently voted as one of the "Best Places to Work" and our customer satisfaction scores are consistently in the 90’s.

Needs have changed over the past 25 years but Clear Choice continues to identify what customers want - not what vendors push.  Clear Choice is a little different from most in our space because we specialize in both Cloud and Premise-Based phone systems. This allows us to give clients a fair and balanced approach for what is best for them. We have a full time call center staffed with expert Mitel (formerly ShoreTel) engineers.
