In 1995, Clear Choice Inc was started with a real interest in finding out what businesses wanted and figured out how to provide the right business telephone systems services that fit their company. Over the years, customer needs have changed, and Clear Choice has evolved to meet those needs. Today’s clients are telling us they need:

Our History

Founder Michael Higgins established Clear Choice Telephones in 1995 in Atlanta, GA, as a provider that would build a reputation for excellence one customer at a time. Today, Clear Choice serves more than 1,200 customers in Georgia, the Southeast and the United States.

Throughout its history, Clear Choice has built its foundation on customer care. In a field with rapidly changing technology, the company began its hallmark characteristic of diligently researching telephone features and related equipment and services. As an independent vendor, Clear Choice has always been able to ensure customers buy the right products at the right time to match their business model.

After systems are installed, customers have always had access to “how to” information for getting the most of their telephone features. Today, “how to” videos are click away, and a service technician is a phone call away. We have 50 service technicians in Atlanta and 300 nationwide.
